NIIRNCD Recruitment 2021 – ICMR – National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases(DMRC Jodhpur) has announced announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Computer Programmer, Research Assistant, Technician, MTS. There are 18 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. The National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases Or NIIRNCD (ICMR-NIIRNCD) (formerly known as DMRC, Jodhpur), is one of the permanent institutes of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a Government of India’s apex autonomous organization for bio-medical research in the country. The Centre, established on 27th June, 1984, started functioning in the form of three co-ordinating units located at Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Jaipur.

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: 

For Computer Programmer:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized Institution/University/Institute OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology from a recognized Institution/University/Institute.

For Research Assistant:

  • Graduate in Zoology/Bio-chemistry and Bio-technology from a recognized university with three years work experience (Research) from a recognized Institution. OR Master’s degree in Zoology/Bio-chemistry and Bio-technology from the recognized University.

For Technician-III:

  • 12th pass in science subjects and 2 years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) OR 12th pass in science subjects and 1 year DMLT AND 1 year lab experience in a Govt. recognized organization

For Multi Tasking Staff:

  • High School or equivalent.

Age Limit: 

  • Computer Programmer – 30 years
  • Research Assistant – 30 years

NIIRNCD Recruitment Selection Process :
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview.
  • In case of more than 30 candidates, a written test comprising of 20 number of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with 20 marks, shall be taken. The Qualifying Marks for the written test shall be as under:- For SC/ST: 35%. For UR/OBC/EWS: 40%.
  • The final merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks of written test and interview. In case of non conductance of interview being less than 30 candidates, the merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the interview.

Technical Assistant:

Staff Nurse:

  • A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on Computer.

Systematic pulmonary TB case finding among severely malnourished children admitted to nutritional rehabilitation centres.

Junior Medical Officer: MBBS degree from recognized University

Laboratory Technician – III:

  • 12th pass in science subjects AND 2 years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) OR
  • 12th pass in science subjects AND 1 year DMLT AND 1-year lab experience in a Govt. recognized organization OR
  • 12th pass in science subjects AND 2 years of lab experience from Govt. recognized organization
  • B.Sc Degree shall be treated as three years experience

Collaborative Project on “Strengthening State Non-Communicable Disease Programme for Early Detection of Breast Cancer Involving Strategic Education and Awareness among Women

Research Assistant:

  • Graduate in Science Biology/ Social Science from a recognized university with three years work experience (Research) from a recognized institution OR
