NCGTC Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Manager/Assistant Manager. There are 05 vacancies available for the posts. Candidates with the qualification of BL/LLB/MBA/CA/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Com are eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Manager (Legal): Law Graduate with around 5 years of relevant experience.

Manager (Risk):



  • Graduate with around 5 years of banking/relevant experience.
  • CA/MBA/Equivalent PG qualification desirable.

Manager (Operations):

  • Graduate with over 5 years of banking/relevant experience.
  • MBA/Equivalent PG qualification desirable.

Assistant Manager โ€“ IT:

  • B. E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. from a recognized institute / university OR
  • 3 Years Diploma/degree in Computer science / application from a recognized institute with 1 year experience in software coding.

Assistant Manager โ€“ Accounts & Compliance:

  • Graduate in Commerce.
  • CA Inter/PG qualification with 1-yearย relevant experience desirable.

Age Limit ( As on 31 May 2023 ): Maximum 35 years

Age Relaxation: Age is relaxable for deserving candidates at the sole discretion of NCGTC.

Salary:

  • Manager: Rs 10 โ€“ 16 LPA
  • Assistant Manager: Rs 6.5 โ€“ 9.5 LPA

Selection Process:

  • NCGTC or its authorized agent will undertake the preliminary screening of the applications received, if necessary, and shortlist eligible candidates to be called for an interview.
  • Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically qualify a candidate for the post.
  • The final selection of the shortlisted candidates would be by way of a Personal Interview before the Selection Committee, which will be held in Mumbai or any other place through online or offline mode on a suitable date (to be informed in due course).
