NCERT Recruitment 2024: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (Publication Division) will conduct a walk-in for Junior Project Fellow/System Analyst Posts purely on a contract basis. Educational Qualification:

Title of Programme: Rashtriya Avishkar Saptah 2024-25

System Analyst:

Post Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Application, Computer Engineering, M.Sc. Maths/Statistics or B. Tech/ B.E in Computer Science/ IT, B.Sc. in Maths/ Statistics with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute. (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH) Essential Experience:
A minimum experience of 01 year in case of postgraduate or 02 years of experience in case of a bachelor degree in website development and management.
Desirable: Knowledge of MS Excel
Developing Google Forms

Junior Project Fellow:

Master’s degree in Chemistry/Zoology/Botany/Life Sciences/Biotechnology or any related discipline with minimum 55% Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH)
Desirable:
- Degree/ Diploma in Education
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
- National Eligibility Test (NET)

Note: SC/ST /PH candidates are eligible with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant master’s degree.

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Editor:

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University.
Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication, Journalism, where editing is one of the subjects.
At least 5 years experience in editing, producing-planning and supervising publications especially school textbooks, monographs and reports in a responsible capacity.
Knowledge of book production techniques, modern process of printing, typography and should be proficient in English/ Hindi/ Urdu.
Desirable: Word processing and techniques of online editing

Proof Reader:

A Bachelor’s degree either in English/Hindi/Urdu.
Atleast 01 year of experience working in a Printing or Publishing organisation as Copy Holder/ Proof Reader.
Working knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: Knowledge of Typography

DTP Operators:

Graduation in any subject.
One One-year diploma/ Certificate course in desktop publishing from a recognized institute.
Minimum 3 years experience in a publishing house of repute, preferably in textbook making.
Proficiency in In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Equation Editor, Microsoft Word, including Excel & Page-maker.
Proficiency in typing both in Hindi and English
Desirable: Knowledge of Quark Express and Corel Draw & Knowledge of prepress preparation.
