National Buildings Construction Corporation requires dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the General Manager/Addl position. General Manager/Dy. General Manager/Manager/Project Manager/Dy. Manager/Dy. Project Manager/Sr. Project Executive/Management Trainee/Junior Engineer who is passionate to excel & take the organization to new heights. The age limit will be 28 – 49 Years. Educational Qualification:

General Manager (Structural Design):

Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a government-recognized university/institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Experience: Total 15 years experience in PMC / EPC / Real Estate / Infrastructure. Should be working regularly for at least 02 years in one step below post.

General Manager (Electrical & Mechanical Design):

Full-time Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent from a government-recognized university/institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Experience: Total 15 years experience. Should be presently working regularly for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post.

General Manager (Architecture & Planing):

Full-time Degree in Architecture from a government-recognized university.
Experience: Total 15 years experience. Should be working regularly for at least 02 years in one step below post.

Addl. General Manager (Architecture & Planing):

Full-time Degree in Architecture from a government-recognized university.
Experience: Total 12 years experience. Should be working regularly for at least 02 years in one step below post.

Addl. General Manager (Investors Relations):

CA/ICWA or Full time MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) from recognized University/ Institute.

Age Relaxation:

Age relaxation for OBC (NCL)/Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will be as per Government
guidelines in this regard.
Age Relaxation for Ex-Serviceman will be service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years.
Internal candidates (NBCC India Ltd) will be given an age relaxation of five years provided they have at least three years of service left before superannuation.
Internal candidates working on contractual establishment will be entitled to an age relaxation of 5 years for posts to be filled on Direct Recruitment subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
Candidates from the reserved category such as SC/ST/OBC (NCL) can also apply for the unreserved posts.
However, age relaxation will not be allowed for such category candidates against unreserved posts.

Selection Process of NBCC Career:

The selection process includes Interview.
The selection criteria for all four posts will be by way of Personal Interview.
The NBCC’s decision will be final in this regard.
