Naukri Young Turks Contest 2024: The Naukri Campus Young Turks is India’s top national-level competition for Skill Assessment and Recognition, hosted by Naukri Campus. It is India’s most significant skill contest, offering a total prize pool of INR 20 lakhs. Detailed Eligibility:
- Students currently pursuing UG courses and 2024 undergraduates looking for their first job ( BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, BBA, BCA & more)
- All undergraduate college students in India, regardless of their field of study, are eligible to participate in the ‘Naukri Campus Young Turks’ contest.
- The contest is also open to the 2024 batch students seeking their first job, offering a platform to kickstart their careers.
Note:
- This inclusive approach invites students and fresh graduates from various educational backgrounds to showcase their skills, compete for prizes, and gain recognition.
- Only UG students are eligible, and no PG students can participate.
The Naukri Campus Young Turks contest consists of two rounds:
- Round 1: A 60-minute MCQ-based aptitude test with 60 questions.
- Round 2: A 60-minute skill assessment where contestants select one or more of the 7 skill tracks—Coding, Engineering, Data & AI, Marketing & Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Pharma, or Sales & Operations, and answer 60 questions.

- Test your ability to analyse patterns, solve problems, and think critically- essential for any professional role.
- Format: 60 MCQs in 60 minutes
- Top 30k students move to Round 2
- Certificates for qualifying students
Round – 2 (Skill Assessments)
- Choose a track related to your skills from 7 diverse tracks, test your knowledge, and stand a chance to win!
- Format: 60 MCQs in 60 minutes
- Top 20 winners from each track win cash prizes worth ₹10K each
- Top 100 from each track get goodies worth ₹1K each
Note:
- Students who successfully clear Round 1 of the contest will advance to Round 2, where they will have to select skill tracks from the available 7 options.
- All the students who qualify for Round 2 of Naukri Campus Young Turks will be informed via their registered email/contact.
- After passing the first round, which is a 60-minute aptitude test, shortlisted students will advance to the second round: the skill assessment test.
- The students who clear the first round of the Naukri Campus Young Turks, will be informed via their registered email/contact
- For the second round, participants can select from 7 skill tracks—coding, engineering, data & AI, marketing & strategy, finance & accounting, pharma, and sales & operations.
- You can choose as many tracks as you want, giving you the flexibility to showcase your expertise across multiple areas.

Prizes:
The Naukri Campus Young Turks contest offers prizes worth INR 20 lakhs in total. This substantial prize pool includes cash rewards of INR 10,000 for the top 20 performers in each skill track, goodies for runners-up, and additional cash prizes for the referral program.
For each skill track, the prizes are:
- The top 20 winners in each skill track: Receive INR 10,000 each.
- The next 100 winners in each skill track: Receive goodies worth INR 1,000.
- Merit Certificates: Awarded to 30,000 students with employer recognition, enhancing their job prospects.
- Referral Program: Additional cash rewards for participants who refer others to the contest. For example, referring 25 participants earns INR 500, and top referrers can win up to INR 10,000.
