NaBFID: NaBFID is a specialised Development Finance Institution in India that supports the country’s infrastructure sector, which can significantly gain from an enabling credit flow using attractive instruments and channelized investment. National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID)(hereinafter referred to as Bank), set up under the NaBFID Act 2021, is among the country’s principal entities for Infrastructure Financing. The entity is regulated and supervised as an All-India Financial Institution (AIFI) by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Detailed Eligibility-NaBFID Recruitment:
Educational Qualification:
Lending Operations:
- Essentials: MFin /Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) / ICWA / CFA /CMA / CA from recognized University / Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector, out of which 02 years in mid/large corporate credit appraisals, operations, documentation, disbursement etc
Investment and Treasury:
- Essentials: MFin/Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance/ Forex) / MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) / ICWA / CA / from recognized University / Institution Preferred: Certification in Treasury / Forex.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector, 02 years in treasury functions/investment desk/asset liability management / back-office functions viz. settlements, reconciliation, valuation/forex & derivatives. Preferred: Experience in fund-raising / institutional resources mobilization.
Information Technology & Operations:
- Essentials: MCA/MTech/M. E. / in Computer Science, AI & ML, Software Engg., IT, Cyber Security from a recognized University / Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in project management, application maintenance, business support, development, data governance, and cloud infrastructure. Preferred: Experience in the Financial/Fintech Sector
Administration:
- Essentials: Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector, out of which 02 years in the administration department/ function
Risk Management:
- Essentials: MFin/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) / CA/ ICWA/ CFA from a recognized University /Institution. Preferred: FRM or equivalent Risk Management Certification.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector, out of which 02 years in risk management / ALM function /operational risk/credit risk/Market Risk/ credit monitoring
Legal:
- Essentials: Masters in law from a recognized University / Institution in India.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Experience as a law officer handling corporate / project finance-related matters
Internal Audit:
- Essentials: MFin /Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance) / CA / ICWA from a recognized University/ Institution. Preferred: CIA, Certified Accounting & Audit Professional from IIBF.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in financial services. Preferred: 2 years of Audit/Compliance experience in areas like Banking / Accounting / Credit (in a regulated entity)
Strategic Development and Partnerships:
- Essentials: MA in Economics or CA/ICWA/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance / Banking & Finance/ Sustainability Management/ Strategic Management).

Information Security & IS Audit:
- Essentials: MCA/MSC/M.E/M.Tech specialising in Computer Science/ IT/ Cyber Security from a recognized University / Institution. Preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCISO.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the financial sector, out of which 02 years should be in Banking – IT-related areas/projects involving IT Policy and Planning / Financial Networks and Applications / Financial Information Systems / Cyber Security Technologies / Payment Technologies
Duration: The Fixed Term (on Contract) engagement will be for a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 5 years,
which may be renewed for an additional term at the discretion of NaBFID.
Age Limit (As of 01 October 2023): 21-40 Years. A candidate must have been born before 02 October 1983 and not later than 01 October 2002 (both days inclusive).
