Educational Qualification:

Chief Technology Officer:

  • First class in B.E. / B. Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Electronics and Communication from an accredited and reputed institution OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Post Qualification IT experience of minimum 15 year

Senior Enterprise Architect :

  • BE/BTech in IT/ Engineering OR B.Sc in IT OR BCA/MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. TOGAF 9 certified and well versed in the Architecture Development Model of the Open Group.. Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and a practicing Enterprise Architect

Solution Architect :

  • BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science/Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 10-12 years in Software development, design and architecture of which 5-7 years’ experience as IT Architect.

Database Analyst–cum–Designer :

UI/UX Designer & Developer:

NABARD Recruitment – Selection Process:
  • For the posts at S No 3 to 9 above, the following process will be adopted: Stage 1: The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of academics/education background, work experience, resume and skillset and related certification.
  • Stage 2: Projects will be assigned to the short-listed candidates based on their job profile. It will be followed by a screening interview based on their project and other technical know-how related to their job-profile. This will be qualifying in nature. After this stage candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the next round. Stage 3: The screened candidates will undergo another interview for final selection.

Manager (RDBS) – General:

  • Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) degree with 55% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in finance OR Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-07-2021 OR CFA.

Computer and Information Technology:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) or equivalent in aggregate and PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University.
  • Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course.
    OR Master’s Degree in HINDI with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied English as main/ elective subject in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course. OR

NABARD Recruitment – Selection Process:
  • The selection process will involve three phases they are preliminary (Phase-I), main exam (Phase-II), both are online examinations and Interview (Phase III)
  • The Preliminary Examination is only qualifying in nature and is meant to serve as a screening test.
  • Candidates who qualify and rank sufficiently high as decided by NABARD shall be called
    for appearing at the Main Examination.
  •  For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty in Phase-I and Phase-II
