NATIONAL BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT which in short referred to as NABARD invited applications from Indian citizens for the posts of Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade โ€˜Aโ€™, Manager in Grade โ€˜Bโ€™ (RDBS), and Assistant Manager in Grade โ€˜Aโ€™ย  (RDBS / Rajbhasha Service) from 17 July 2021 and 07 August 2021. How To Download My NABARD Admit Card:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NABARD.

a mail with the active link for downloading the admit card will be sent to your registered mail id. Open that mail and click on the link.

Step 2:ย Enter the credentials such as Registration number, Password, captcha code, and click on submit.

Step 3: Your Admit Card will be now available for download. Take a printout of it for future use.



Step 4: Stick a recent photograph of you on the admit card.ย 



Step 5: You are required to take your Admit Card along with a valid photo identity while appearing for the exam.

Note โ€“ Admit card is mandatory for you to be allowed to appear for the written exam/interview. So donโ€™t forget to take it with you at the time of the exam.

Exam Pattern:

For the post of Officers in Grade โ€˜Aโ€™ (P & SS):

Selection will be through an Interview Only for shortlisted candidates. The Bank decides the number of candidates to be shortlisted for the interview based on the number of applications received and vacancies available. The maximum mark allocated for the Interview is 100. In case of more than one candidate securing the same marks in the interview, the tie will be resolved by the following rules:

  • Candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.
  • In case of a further tie-up, the candidate with a higher qualification will be given first preference.
  • In the case of similar qualifications, candidates with higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher.

For the post of Assistant Manager in Grade โ€˜Aโ€™ (RDBS / Rajbhasha) and For the post of Manager in Grade โ€˜Bโ€™ (RDBS):

For this post, the selection process will be of three stages.

Stage 1-ย Preliminary Examinationย 

The preliminary examination consists of questions from the following areas which are classified as qualifying and merit sections.

Qualifying Section โ€“ Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making.

Merit Section โ€“ General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India.

Stage 2 โ€“ Main Examination

Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only. Only those candidates who score the minimum cut-off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for an interview.

Stage 3 โ€“ Interview

Interview (RDBS/Rajbhasha) is for a total of 50 Marks. This is the final stage of the selection process. Candidates who qualify the interview will be selected for the applied posts.

Pre- Examination Training:

For the candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade โ€˜Aโ€™ and Manager in Grade โ€˜Bโ€™, the Bank arranges a pre-examination training for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates, free of cost. The candidates should opt for this while applying. The information regarding the date, time, and venue for this training would be intimated to the candidates through their registered mail id.

Yes, 1/4 th of the mark will be reduced for every wrong answers.

Yes, you will receive a separate admit card for each stage of the selection process.
