Detailed Eligibility – MSUB Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Professor:

Master’s Degree in Demography/ Population Studies / Statistics /Biostatistics/Economics/Mathematics / Sociology, Social work/ Psychology, Anthropology, Geography.
Persons with a P.G. Degree other than Demography/ Population Studies should have completed the minimum one-year regular course in Demography/ Population Studies at a recognized institution/ University.

Research Investigator:

At least 2nd class post-graduate degree in Demography/Population Studies/Statistics/ Economics/Mathematics/Sociology/Social Work/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Geography.
Knowledge in Computer Applications.
3 years experience in collection /analysis and report writing. (Relaxation for candidates with higher qualifications)

Field Investigator:

At least 2nd Class post graduate degree in Demography/ Population Studies / Statistics /Economics / Mathematics /Sociology/Social Work/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Geography.
Knowledge in Computer Applications
Some experience in collection /analysis of data

Data Assistant:

At least 2nd Class Graduate degree with Statistics / Economics /Mathematics
Experience in data handling using the latest Statistical packages.

Research Investigator: Level 8 as per 7th Pay Matrix
Field Investigator: Level 8 as per 7th Pay Matrix
