Educational Qualification:
Resource Person:
- Postgraduate degree in business management/rural management or cooperative management.
- CAIIB will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least Five years experience in any of * Rural Financial Institutions, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales and Retail or other relevant developmental institution (SIDBI, NABARD, etc.). The former bank officer should have rural banking experience & be well-versed in rural banking practices;
- Line Departments of State or Central Government with project implementing experience;
- Research or Teaching Institutions of ICAR/CSIR in developing/popularizing technologies suitable for rural areas.
Tenure: The Resource Person 01 would be engaged on a contract basis for the specific period of the project, i.e., three years.
Execution of Bond: Execute the bond to fulfil the terms & conditions.
Language: Should be proficient in the Marathi language and have a working knowledge of English/Hindi.
Age Limit of MCB Bank Job Vacancy:
