Detailed Eligibility-MSC Bank Vacancy 2024:
Educational Qualification:
Trainee Junior Officer:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks and should have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Candidates who have pursued a Bachelor/Master in Law or completed JAIIB/CAIIB/MSCIT certifications or have work experience in the Treasury/ International Banking Division Department will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the Banking field preferably in Urban/ DCC Bank as an Officer. Officer for the purpose shall be taken as the first level of Officer Cadre
Trainee Associate:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks and should have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the government commercial certificate exam of 30 w.p.m for Marathi typing and 40 w.p.m for English typing/ completed MSCIT certification.
- Experience: Not necessary.
Upper Age Limit (As on 31 August 2024):
- Trainee Junior Officer: 23 – 32 Years
- Trainee Associate: 21 – 28 Years

Selection Process of MSC Bank Careers:
Junior Officer:
- The selection of candidates will be based on Online Examination and personal interview.
- The Online Examination will be only in the English language.
- Candidates have to score a minimum 50% i.e. 100 marks as cut-off marks for being shortlisted for a Personal interview for the post of Trainee Junior Officer. The Bank has the right to increase or decrease the cut-off marks criteria.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interviews based on their performance in online examination, validation of Education Qualifications and experience based upon the documents submitted.
- Merit List: The selection list will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in On-line Examinations and Interviews.

- Candidates have to score minimum 50% i.e. 100 marks as cut-off marks in the Mains Examination.
- Merit List: Merit list of first 200 candidates (i.e. 4 times the no. of vacancies) will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the On-line Mains Examination. The said merit list will be valid for 12 months.
