Educational Qualification:

Assistant Executive (Human Resources):

  • Two Years MBA/Equivalent With Specialization In Personnel Management/HRD/ HRM OR Two Year Post Graduate Degree /Equivalent In Personnel Management /IR/ Labour Welfare.

Assistant Executive (Marketing):

  • Two Years MBA In Marketing/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain/ Business Management/ Analytics/ International Trade OR Graduate Degree With Two Year Post Graduate Diploma In Marketing/ International Trade/ Supply Chain. Working Knowledge Of Kannada Is Desirable

Assistant Executive (Corporate Communication):

  • Two Years MBA In Human Resource/Marketing/ Public Relations/ Media Relations/ Advertising/ Corporate Communication/ General MBA. Working Knowledge Of Kannada And/Or Tulu Is Desirable.

Assistant Executive (Law):

  • Candidates Should Hold A Graduate Degree In Any Discipline And Bachelor’s Degree In Law (LLB) Or Equivalent. Candidates Holding 5 Years Integrated LLB Degree Is Also Eligible To Apply. The Candidate Shall Have Enrolled As An Advocate With Bar Council Of India/ State Bar Council. Working Knowledge Of Kannada is desirable.

MRPL Recruitment – Selection Process:
  • For HR/Marketing/Corporate Communication, Selection methodology will comprise of initial shortlisting based on valid UGC-NET Dec.2020 and June 2021 cycle (combined examination) marks followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case may be, to the selection process. The short-listing of candidates for appearing in GD and PI will be done based on the marks obtained by them in the UGC-NET Dec 2020 and June 2021 cycle (combined examination). Marks of any previous UGC-NET examination will not be considered.
  • For Fire/Shipping/Finance/(Internal Audit/Secretarial. The selection methodology will comprise of Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case may be, to the selection process.
  • Only those candidates who meet all eligibility criteria, applicable to them will be considered for shortlisting for written test.
  • The candidates will be called for further selection process in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e. 1 Post: 5 Candidates as per the reservation of posts), based on the marks scored in the written test conducted by MRPL.
  • The minimum percentage of marks required for candidates in written test in order to qualify for Group Discussion & Personal Interview is as under: Un-Reserved (UR), OBC (including Non-creamy layer) – 60% ; Scheduled Caste, Persons with Benchmark Disability – 50%.
  • For law, The selection methodology will comprise of initial shortlisting based on CLAT 2021 score followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case may be, to the selection process. The Final merit list of candidates shall be prepared based on total sum weightage of CLAT score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview marks as per the prevailing rules of MRPL.
