Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Mine Foreman-I:
- SSC Pass
- Possessing a valid Mine Foremanโs Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
- Experience: 6 yrs. after passing Mine Foremanโs Competency Certificate.
Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman:
- Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a Mine Foreman after passing a Diploma. OR
- Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.
- Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs. After acquiring the Competency Certificate of Mine Foreman (Unrestricted), the exemption certificate and satisfactory performance will be regularized as Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman in NE-09 scale of pay.
Mine Mate Gr.-I:
- SSC Pass
- Possessing a valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
- Experience: 3 years as Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company.
Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
- Holding a valid Electrical Supervisorโs Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010. OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
- Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs.
- After acquiring Competency Certificate of Electrical Supervisorโs Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010 and satisfactory performance will be regularized as an Electrical Supervisor in NE-09 scale of pay
Mechanical Plant Foreman:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience.
Winding Engine Driver-II:
- SSC pass
- 1st class Winding Engine Drivers Certificate of Competency.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a Winding Engine Driver after getting 2nd class Winding Engine Driver certificate of competency.
Age Limit:
- Mine Foreman-I: 40 years
- Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman: 45 years
- Mine Mate Gr.-I: 40 years
- Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor: 40 years
- Mechanical Plant Foreman: Up to 40 years
- Winding Engine Driver-II: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- The upper Age Limit is relaxed by
- 3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- 5 years for SC / ST
- Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category candidates is Service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years.
- There will be no age bar for departmental candidates.

Selection Process:
The selection process includes a Computer Based Online Test/Trade Test.
Computer-Based Online Test:
- The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes (in one sitting) consisting of Objective Type questions (MCQ) (100 marks) break up of which is general knowledge for 10 marks, reasoning 10 marks and subject knowledge will be for 80 marks.
- The question paper will be available both in Hindi & English.
- Candidates are required to appear in the Computer Based Online Test at their own expense and if shortlisted in the Computer Based Online Test as per the above criteria.
- MOIL reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for Computer Based Online Test.
- Similarly, the final list of selected candidates will also be uploaded to the MOIL website and they will also be intimated about documents verification (DV) & Pre-Employment medical examination through the MOIL website and through their registered E-mail Id only.

- Candidates belonging to the General (UR) /EWS/ OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs.295/-.
- ย For SC / ST / Employees of MOIL Limited are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
