Detailed Eligibility-Ministry of Textiles Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Technical Officer -Grade I :
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level in the pay matrix (Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
- Possessing degree in Jute Technology or Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering or Textile Technology or Textile Manufacture from a recognised university or Institute with two years experience of working in jute mill in a technical capacity or in textile engineering works or technical institute in the field of textile engineering or technology; or
- Possessing diploma or post graduate diploma in Jute Technology or Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering or Textile Technology or Textile Manufacture from a recognized university or Institute with two years experience of working in jute mill in a technlcal capacity or in textile engineering works or technical institute in the field of
textile engineering or technology.
Stenographer – Grade II:
- 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University
- Skill Test Norms: Dictation 10 minutes @80 word per minute and Transcription 50 minutes (English) 65 minutes (Hindi) on Computer.
Age Limit ( As on 22 January 2024 ): The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years
