Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer/Information Technology
Work You will Do:
1. Technical Support & Project Participation
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of engineering projects under supervision.
- Complete all tasks and assignments set by senior engineers and project leads.
- Shadow experienced staff, ask questions, and actively participate in project meetings and training sessions.
- Perform basic engineering calculations, create diagrams, and document technical data.
- Support on-site work, equipment testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and present findings to supervisors.
2. Professional Development
- Attend various workshops and training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Observe and apply health, safety, and quality standards in all assigned work.
3. Collaboration
- Establish professional working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work effectively within a team, contributing to group problem-solving and decision-making.
