Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Web Developer:
- Candidates must have completed BCA / MCA / B.E from a premier institute and have proven experience of 3-5 years in web programming and technical implementation of user interfaces in a web-based environment.
- Candidates should provide a portfolio containing examples of their achievements.
Estate Manager:
- Graduate
- Experience Requirements: Experience in tender management and contract management.
- Sales and marketing experience (for the advertising-based revenue model to be implemented later)
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in standard computer software such as MS Office and other office software, including accounting software would be a further plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience if not more.
Young Professionals:
- Master’s degree in Economics (preferably with an International Trade) or B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ in any discipline from an institution having NIRF ranking up to 100 in the Engineering category as per the latest ranking along with a certification program in data science, Master in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Computational Mathematics.
- The decision of the Selection Committee regarding the acceptability of such qualification as eligible qualification shall be final.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Desirable: Proficient in both written and oral communication in English and Tamil.
- Proficient in processing large chunks of information and deriving actionable insights.
Strategy Consultant:
- MBA or equivalent recognized by or under the regulations etc. of the relevant regulatory body, obtained after successful completion of studies (excluding studies in distance education mode) as a regularly enrolled student from a Tier 1 institute.
- The decision of the Selection Committee regarding the acceptability of such qualification as eligible qualification shall be final.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Desirable: Proficient in both written and oral communication in English and Tamil.
- Proficient in processing large chunks of information and deriving actionable insights
Age Limit:
- Web Developer: 35 years
- Estate Manager: 30 – 40 years
- Young Professionals: 30 years
- Strategy Consultant: 32 years
Salary:
- Estate Manager: Rs. 60,000/- per month

Selection Process:
- Out of the total applications, suitable candidates will be shortlisted for personal interviews.
