Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Database Engineer :
- BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or Equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer application or masters degree in computer applications or equivalent.
- Able to evaluate business needs & objectives and Interpret trends and patterns.
- She/he can prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling and build algorithms and prototypes.
- Strong experience in analyzing and organizing raw data.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL &, Procedures.
PHP Developer :
- BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or Equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer application or masters degree in compute applications or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, Yii, etc}.
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Basic understating of Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
UI/ UX – Designer/ Developer :
- Any Graduate.
- 4+ years’ of experience.
- Should be able to develop new user-facing features and Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/ UX designs.
- Should be able to optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, Work closely to product owner and developer for technical implementation of new features and revamp.
- Skilled on Wired Frames, JS, HTML & Angular.
Web Designer :
- BE/B. Tech/BCA/MCA or Equivalent.
- 4+ years’ of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer application or master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent.
- She/he is responsible for developing user-side applications, including visual elements like menu bars, clickable buttons and the overall layout of websites or web applications.
Young Professional/Associate :
- Graduate.
- 0 – 2 years of experience.
- Proven work experience or education in marketing/public policy.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Drupal Developer 8X/9X :
- MCA/B. Tech or Equivalent.
- At least five years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (Big Data, MongoDB, Elastic, NoSQL, AngularJS, VueJs etc.
- Should have exposure to deployment tools like GIT, SVN, AWS etc. for automated software deployment in cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Agile Project Development, DevOps Practices, CI/CD Pipelines, etc.
React JS Developer :
- MCA/B.Tech or Equivalent.
- At least three years relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
- Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
React Native Developer :
- MCA/B. Tech or Equivalent.
- At least three years relevant experience.
- Developers who work with React Native should be well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies.
- Ability to write well-documented, easily understandable clean JavaScript code.
Sr. QA (Automation Testing) :
- MCA/B.Tech or Equivalent.
- Minimum four years’ relevant experience, additional one year’s experience, at least, in project management.
- Experience with Performance Testing Tool – JMeter or load runner and Selenium as well as scripting language.
- Knowledge of automated and manual testing methodologies.
- Ability to program a test on web and mobile.
Sr. UI/UX Developer :
- MCA/B.Tech or Equivalent.
- At least six years relevant experience and one year experience, at least in Project Management roles.
- Candidates must possess detailed knowledge and experience of using Design tools and technologies like Adobe, Coral Draw, Figma etc.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools.
Web Developer/HTML :
- MCA/B.Tech or Equivalent.
- At least three years relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, web APIs, and other front-end technologies.
Video Editor :
- Diploma or degree in film, video production or communications.
- 3-4 Years of experience.
- Diploma or degree in film, video production or communications.
- Experience working with video editing software.
- Certification in Adobe Premiere.
- Experience working on a film set.
Social Media/Content Writer :
- Graduate/postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4 – 5 years’ experience.
- Proven work experience in a similar position at a communications/news agency/portal/channel.
- Social sector/Govt/Policy Thinktank experience is preferred, though advertising copywriters welcome to apply (at junior levels).
- You should be very conversant with Video – ability to write scripts for Instagram Reels is a must.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools.
- Should be proficient in uploading content at website.
- Candidate must have experience in leading and mentoring a team, with proven outcomes.
Graphic Designer :
- Graduation in Graphic designing/related field or Graduate in any discipline with Certificate courses in Graphic Designing/ Multi-Media/ Video Creation/Editing.
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience at a reputed design house, w some years in leadership positions.
- Some award will be an added advantage.
- Deep experience in on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
