L&T Infotech – LTI Test Pattern:
The Selection process for this drive is of 3 stages.
- The first stage is a Coding Round. The candidates have to do coding in any of the preferred programming languages.
- The second stage is a Personal Interview.
- The final stage is a job offer which will be given only if the candidates prove that they are medically fit.
L&T Infotech – LTI Syllabus:
For the first round, only one coding question will be asked. The candidates have to complete the first round within 45 minutes. The candidates who qualify will be called for a Personal Interview.
In a Personal Interview, the candidates will be asked questions related to core concepts from their streams. Basic questions related to the role they are applying for will also be asked.
The Offer of Employment is subjected to the candidate qualifying the pre-employment medical examination before joining. Only those candidates Submitting a Medical Certificate of Fitness (in the format prescribed by LTI) at the time of joining, which needs to be verified by a registered medical practitioner having a minimum qualification of MBBS, will receive an offer letter.
The candidates who are proving to be medically fit after receiving the offer letter will be asked to work at any Development centers in India are at Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Faridabad, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Delhi & Hyderabad.
Note:
All the candidates who receive an offer letter need to sign a Service Agreement for a period of 2 years starting from the date of joining.
