Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in software development, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level positions.
Working knowledge of at least one frontend framework (ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS) and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Basic understanding of backend development with NodeJS or similar technologies.
Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with demonstrated ability to stay current with AI tools and emerging frameworks.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

Exposure to full stack development through academic projects or internships.
Familiarity with Go (Golang) programming language.
Basic understanding of version control systems (Git).
Awareness of testing practices (unit tests, integration tests).
Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines.
Interest in adtech, programmatic advertising, or real-time systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain features for web applications across both frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while learning and adhering to best practices across the full technology stack.
Contribute to building user interfaces and backend services, working on assigned tasks and features.
Assist in implementing APIs and integrating with databases to support application functionality.
Work collaboratively with the team on micro services and ensure smooth integration with UI applications.
Participate in identifying and resolving performance issues and bugs across the application stack.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues with support from the team.
Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
Work cohesively within a cross-functional team, communicate effectively, and actively seek feedback to grow your technical skills.
