Graduate Engineer Trainee โ Mechanical:
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 0-1 Year
Essential Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles.
- Familiarity with CAD software (Creo preferred).
- Strong willingness to learn and adaptability.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Added Advantage:
- Basic understanding of HVAC Products and Systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exposure to CAD tools through coursework or internships.
- Interest in product design and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Soft Skills & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Demonstrate initiative and responsibility in completing tasks with minimal supervision
- Develop strong communication skills to interact with peers and mentors effectively.

Design Support & Documentation:
- Assist in creating basic engineering drawings, models, and assemblies.

Manufacturing & Process Exposure:
- Gain exposure to manufacturing processes and design feasibility.
- Participate in discussions on product development and process improvements.
- Work alongside senior engineers to understand real-world engineering challenges.
VAVE & Cost Optimization:
- Learn VAVE techniques to identify opportunities for cost reduction and design efficiency.
- Support in analysing components and materials for alternative low-cost solutions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on cost-saving initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Learn on HVAC designs, ratings and specifications
- Gain hands-on experience with Creo and Windchill for basic design tasks.
- Understand Sheet Metal and Plastic Design fundamentals under the guidance of seniors.
- Learn engineering drawing standards and best practices.
- Develop an understanding of VAVE methodologies to optimize cost and improve product design.
