Intern – Site Reliability Engineer:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (2025 graduates)
- Experience: 0 – 1 year
- Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, Elasticsearch, Redis, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.) and monitoring tools.
- Ability to manage a multi-tenant SaaS environment and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Proficiency in analyzing OS and application performance metrics.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Programming knowledge in Python preferred; AWS or ITIL certification is a plus.
Duration: 06 Months internship with a potential full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the availability, performance, and efficiency of our production systems.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with DevOps, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Work hands-on with tools like NewRelic, Grafana, Loggly, PagerDuty, Kibana, Site24x7, and AWS services such as RDS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, Redis, and more.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Interact with customers to resolve infrastructure performance and security issues.
