• Conduct verification of candidate/vendor credentials including ID proofs, education, criminal records, and address checks.
• Maintain accurate and real-time trackers and master logs.
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as per business KPIs.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
• Adapt quickly to process updates and communicate progress effectively to supervisors.

IRCT Associate:

Job Title: Associate – Internal Risk & Compliance Team , Forensic Managed Services

Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in legal, risk, or compliance roles.
• Batch: 2025 (passed out in June-July)
• Strong legal acumen and understanding of corporate legal documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:

• Legal drafting and document review
• Risk assessment and compliance analysis
• Due diligence and entity verification
• Stakeholder coordination and communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk and compliance checks in alignment with KPMG’s internal policies.
• Perform due diligence on entities to identify potential risks.
• Draft and review legal documents including:
  • DPA (Data Processing Agreement)
  • LOE MSA (Letter of Engagement for Managed Services Agreement)
  • SOW (Statement of Work)
  • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for necessary approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Support legal and compliance audits as required.

Shift Timings & Work Mode:

• Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Work Mode: Compulsory Work from Office (WFO) – Monday to Friday

WRHS Analyst:

Role: Analyst

Requirement:

• Must be a graduate from a recognized university
  
• Experience: 0-6 months in call center or customer support preferred
• Batch: 2025 (passed out in June-July)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Must be fluent in English + Hindi + 1-2 regional languages
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Rs. 3 LPA + Performance based Bonus & Incentives

Primary Responsibility: 90% of the role involves handling calls in regional languages and documenting reports

Criteria: Candidate has to be flexible to work in shifts (08:00AM to 04:00PM or 02:00PM to 11:00PM or 11:00PM to 08:00AM)

Job description: Forensic-WRHS (Whistle-blowing and Reporting Helpline Solution) helps clients in establishing and managing a secure, efficient and impartial reporting channel for their employees as well as third parties to report any suspected malpractices or fraudulent activities. We offer 5 reporting channels to the clients (Phone, email, web portal, chatbot and post box). The team addressing those whistle-blower complaints, prepare a formal report in English language and share with the quality evaluator.
