Full time graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Age not over 26 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals and social media etc.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
Handling the documentation and offer letter release
Joining formalities and on boarding process

Salary: Gross CTC Rs.18000 / Per Month

Note:

The position will be based out to Elnet Software City, Tiruvanmiyur ( Near Tidel Park)
3 year Contract, to be renewed yearly
