Detailed Eligibility for Karnataka bank careers:
Education Qualification(As on 01 November 2023) :
Officer-Law: Should be a Graduate/Post-graduate degree (full-time) in Law with a minimum of 50% mark in the final year.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in handling litigations before Courts/Tribunals as an Advocate.
- Sound knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Cyber Law, IBC, Company law and banking Laws.
- Ability to analyse applicability Law & legal implications for a given situation.
- Capacity to convey and appraise proper legal solutions observing extant guidelines of the Regulators and bank.
Duration: Selected candidates will be on probation for one year and, upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to the rules and regulations of the Bank.
Job Role: At Karnataka Bank, you, as an officer of the law, are responsible for handling the Legal and Recovery portfolio.
Bond: Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of Three years, failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.
Age Limit (As of 01 November 2023): 30 Years
Salary: Applicable to Scale-I Cadre Officer. Present take-home pay for Scale-I Cadre Officer will be approx. ₹ 63,000/- per month.

- The selection process involves an online examination, and candidates who are successful in the online examination will be called for an in-person interview.
- The examination date will be communicated separately to the applicant’s email address.
- Shortlisted candidates in the examination will be called for face-to-face interviews later.
