Detailed Eligibility:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and practices.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber).
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries to perform database validations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with software testing or QA processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify test requirements and design efficient and effective test cases.
- Execute automated test scripts and perform manual testing as needed.
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and isolating issues encountered during testing and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, including suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA automation.
- Document test procedures, test results, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure software quality.
