Junior Research Fellow:
- M.Sc. or M. Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-informatics/Geology/ Environmental Science from recognized university with first class.
Senior Research Fellow:
- M.Sc. or M. Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-informatics/Geology/ Forestry/Environmental Science from recognized university with first class. Minimum two years working experience in the field of Remote Sensing & GIS from reputed Institution/ Organization.
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2021):
- JRF – up to 30 years
- SRF – up to 35 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 Years for OBC Candidates.
Total Vacancies:
- Junior Research Fellow – 05 Posts
- Senior Research Fellow – 04 Posts
Salary:
- Junior Research Fellow – Rs.18,000/-
- Senior Research Fellow – Rs.25,000/-
Selection Process for JSAC Recruitment 2021:
- The candidates will be screened out on the basis of minimum required qualification.
- The screened candidate will be called for interview and the final list will be prepared on the basis of merit list of interview.
- Written test may also be conducted if required for short-listing of candidates.
- Intimation of interview will be sent separately to the eligible candidates only. The decision of JSAC will be final in this regard.
