- A Masterโs/bachelorโs degree in technology or a similar field.
- Shift timings: 1 PM โ 10 PM IST

What this job involves:
- Reporting and Analytics: Should have good knowledge of managing multiple reporting platforms with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Ability to independently create client-ready dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce: Extract data and report creation in Salesforce. Ability to churn the data into a meaningful format and provide insights to the leads. Good knowledge of various sales cycles and stages.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional Stakeholder Management would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. A problem-solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive to automate the solutions.
- Collaborate with team members: Provide constructive input and communicate to improve overall process efficiency.
