Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering principles.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools (preferred).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Support

Assist in supervising (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and finishing works on site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely progress.
Participate in quality checks and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.

Engineering & Technical Support

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Assist in preparing technical documentation, method statements, and work schedules.
Support the project team in material inspections, testing, and approvals.

Facility & Asset Management (if applicable)

Learn preventive and corrective maintenance processes for building systems.
Support facility management teams in upkeep of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Track asset performance and energy consumption.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain site records, checklists, and engineering logs.
Support compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in preparing project status reports for management.

Learning & Development

Participate in internal training programs and workshops on project management, safety, and quality.
Work under the mentorship of senior engineers to develop technical and managerial skills.
