- A well-motivated and creative Graduate/Postgraduate Engineer with strong numerical, logical, and analytical abilities, who is eager to build a career in Engineering, Planning, or Design Consulting within multi-disciplinary projects. Our Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training on live projects, where the apprentice will support engineers in project delivery and design activities, while also assisting in the preparation of strategic planning advice across a range of projects, with continuous mentorship and guidance to ensure success.
Apprentice responsibility will contain:ย
- Working closely with business teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Contribute to the creation of documentation including data dictionaries, processes, and reporting standards
- Assist in maintaining data quality by performing regular audits and resolving inconsistencies
- Support automation initiatives using scripting or basic programming (Python/SQL) where required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and analytical capabilities
