Detailed Eligibility:
Management Trainee:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance and/or Data Analytics or Data Science (2024 Batch)
- No current backlogs
- 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership team on transformational initiatives and assist in building and implementing enterprise-wide data strategy plan
- Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders to gather business requirements and handle queries
- Support execution of data initiatives in various domains through analysis, solutioning, cross team coordination and recommendations
- Develop solid understanding of business processes, perform research to propose improvement ideas to the existing processes
- Establish seamless communication of project updates and issues to leadership team
- Prepare and maintain extensive documentation capturing various project initiatives
