Project: “Computational design of 2D materials and their interfaces for a high out-of-plane piezoelectricity.”
Essential:
- M.Sc. Degree in Physics Or M.Tech. Degree in Material Science/Nanoscience & Nanotechnology and selected through a process described through any one of the following:
- Scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests–CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or JEST.
- The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.
Desirable: Experience in scientific computing, Nanoscience and nanotechnology will be preferred.
Duration: Initially one year and may be extended based on the performance of the candidate and availability of funds.
Age Limit ( As on 29 April 2024): Must not be over 28 years
Age Relaxation: Relaxable for certain reserved categories as per the rules of the Government of India.
