Educational Qualification: Candidates with a qualification of B.E in the relevant fields is eligible to apply.
Production Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Batch Job monitoring
- Batch scheduling/processing
- Co-ordination during Application Maintenance, Production Outage
- Responsible for driving Defect and Incident Management
- Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy access
- Documenting processes and maintaining records
- Collaborating with the internal team and customer
- Keeping stakeholders informed of advancements in incidents or requests
Production Support Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar
- Experience required- 1 to 2 years
- At least one year of experience in IT
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of the ITIL process
- Proficiency in any ITSM software
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
