Business Development Executive/Manager/ Senior Business Development Manager:

Any passed-out Graduate or Post Graduate Freshers can also apply.
0 – 5 years of experience in BFSI or NBFC sector.
Candidates from other industries having flair for open market sales are welcome.

Age Criteria: Up to 30 years

Salary: Up to 4.5 Lacs (Depending on work experience and education) + Incentives +PF +Insurance Benefits from the Company Local Conveyance + Mobile allowances.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To acquire New Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.
To reach out to high-net-worth individuals and do some cross-sales.
To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.
Acquire new business by selling Banking products.
Finding new customers from the open market by travelling within the local area/branch allotted.
Reach Sales Target Month on Month.
Maintain Customer Relationship with Existing Customers and Pull out more business to the branch.
