IIM Shillong Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Management Shillong (IIM) Shillong has announced the employment vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager. IIM Shillong: The Indian Institute of Management Shillong, formerly Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management Shillong, is a public, fully autonomous management institute in Shillong, Meghalaya. It was the seventh Indian Institute of Management to be established in India. Established in 2007, IIM Shillong offers postgraduate, doctoral, and executive programmes in management education, as well as management development programmes (MDPs) spanning different management streams. Admissions to the institute are based on scores obtained in the Common Admission Test (CAT).

- Graduate from a recognized University or Equivalent with 55% Marks.
- 5 Years’ Experience Working as an Office Assistant in Pay Level-4 or equivalent in the Industry

Selection Process for IIM Careers:
The Selection Criteria for the post will be based on the following:
- Relevance of Work Experience.
- Written tests consist of subject knowledge, English, communication, and aptitude (Quantitative / logical / reasoning).
- Skill Test, which may include Computer tests in MS Office or relevant computer application/software
