Educational Qualifications:

Manager – Finance & Accounts :

B.Com with CA/ICWA with post-qualification experience of 3 years in the Finance & Accounts Department. Or
B.Com with CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) with post-qualification experience of 6 years in the Finance & Accounts Department. Or
B.Com with MBA-Finance (full-time) with post-qualification experience of 8 years in the Finance & Accounts Department.

Senior Manager – Corporate Relations:

Post Graduate/MBA from an accredited university with a minimum of 60%.
Experience: 5 Years

Junior Manager – Administration & HR :

Postgraduate, preferably an MBA/ Masters in HR/IR from an accredited university with a minimum of 60%.
Work Experience: Post qualification 03 years of relevant experience in centrally funded educational Institutions or Universities of Central Government and/or large private or public sector enterprises or higher educational institutes, preferably in institutes of national repute such as IIMs/IITs/IISERs/NITs

Junior Manager – Store & Purchase:

M.Com/MBA with minimum 60 % from a recognized University or
Any Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% and Diploma in Material Management from a recognized University/Institute.
Work Experience: Post qualification 03 years of relevant experience in centrally funded educational Institutions or Universities of Central Government and/or large private or public sector enterprises or higher educational institutes, preferably in institutes of national repute such as IIMs/IITs/IISERs/NITs

Junior Manager – Official Language:

Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level; OR

Selection Process of IIM Amritsar Careers:

The Institute may decide to fix the higher criteria (which may include higher qualifications, higher percentage of marks in educational qualifications, experience, and other such parameters) for screening and shortlisting the applications of applicants to be called for Written Test(s)/interview (wherever applicable). The minimum qualifying marks for the Written Test /Interview will be as per the standard fixed by the Institute at its discretion.
