IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2021 โ€“ Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Banks is tentatively scheduled in August/September & October 2021. The admit card for the preliminary exam is expected to be released in the month of August 2021. The preliminary exam is planned to be conducted on 28.08.2021, 29.08.2021 and 04.09.2021. The admit card for the main exam is expected to be out in October 2021. The main exam is planned on 31.10.2021. The provisional result of the exam will be announced in April 2022. How To Download My IBPS Clerk Exam Admit Card?

The admit card which is also referred to as Call Letters is important for you to be allowed to appear for the exam. All the details regarding the exam will be available on the admit card. Follow the below steps to download your admit card for the IBPS Clerk exam.



Step 1- ย Visit the IBPS official website, where you applied for the exam. ย ย ย www.ibps.inย  ย  ย  Or https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/crpcl11jun21/

Step 2 โ€“ Login using your credentials which were given to you during the time of applying.

Step 3 โ€“ Enter the correct Registration Number, Password and captcha code. Click on Submit.

Step 4 โ€“ You will now be logged in to your account and your admit card will be available there for download.

Step 5 โ€“ Take a printout of your admit card. Colour print out is preferable.

Note โ€“ All the intimations regarding the exam will be sent by email and/ or SMS only to the email ID and mobile number registered in the online application form for CRP Clerks-XI. So candidates are advised to keep their mail id and mobile number active and to frequently check the official website for any recent updates.

Things To Checkout In The Admit Card:

  • Date of the Exam.
  • Register Number.
  • Exam Venue.
  • Shift.
  • Reporting time of the exam.
  • Start time of the exam.
  • The name of the candidate on the admit card is the same as in the ID Proof.

Things That Are Not Allowed In The Examination Venue:

  • Any electronic devices such as mobile phones, pagers, laptops, calculators, and Bluetooth devices.
  • Any type of textbooks, and notebooks.
  • Any personal belongings such as a purse, handbag, etc.
  • Talking to other candidates during the exam may result in marking you for malpractice.
  • You will not be allowed to leave the examination hall once the exam starts even for breaks.

Things To Remember While Appearing For The Exam:

  • Admit card is a must for you to be allowed inside the exam hall.
  • Take identity proof along with your admit card.
  • Separate admit cards for the preliminary exam and main exam will be given.
  • The admit card of the prelims exam will not be collected at the exam hall but will be sealed or attested.
  • For the main exam, the candidate should take the main exam to admit card along with the attested prelims exam admit card.

Covid โ€“ 19 Precautions To Be Followed:



  • Mask (WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY. N95 mask is preferred).
  • Gloves, a Personal transparent water bottle, a Personal hand sanitiser, a simple pen for rough work should be brought by the candidates for the exam.
  • In case of Scribe Candidates โ€“ Scribe form duly filled and signed with Photograph affixed. No other items are permitted inside the venue. Both the scribe and the candidate should wear the mask.
  • It is compulsory for each candidate to show his risk factor using the โ€œAarogya Setu Appโ€.
  • Only by showing this, the candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • If the candidate doesnโ€™t have access to smartphones, they should submit a signed form which is available in the official advertisement under the section Annexure-IV.
  • If the candidateโ€™s risk factor shows that they are prone to get affected either in the Aarogya Setu app or in the declaration form, then that candidate will not be allowed to take up the exam.
  • All candidates will be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point for temperature. In case, any person is observed to be having a temperature that is greater than 99.14ยฐ F or displaying any symptoms of the virus, they will not be allowed entry into the venue.

Exam Pattern:

The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination. The candidates who qualify the main exam will be shortlisted for the post and will be allotted to anyone of the banks.

Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks in each of the sections of the preliminary exam. The minimum mark will be decided by the IBPS.

Declaration Of Results:

FAQ:

1. Will I be allowed in the exam hall for my mains exam, even if I donโ€™t have my prelims exam admit card?

No. If you don't provide the sealed copy of your prelims exam admit card at the time of the main exam, they may prohibit you from writing the exam.

2. Is there any Pre-Exam Training (PET) for this exam?

Due to covid, the PET may or may not happen. If it is planned, then the admit card for the PET will be available for download in the month of August and the training will begin from 16th august, 2021. Check the website for more details.
