Eligibility Criteria:

2024 Batch
Bachelors/Masters degree in Bcom/Accounting and Finance field and B. Tech/B.E All Branch candidates are eligible to apply

Billings and Receivable Intern:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Bachelors/Masters degree in Bcom/Accounting and Finance field
Experience in startup will be an added advantage.

Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build positive relationships.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels
Assess candidates on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for HyperVerge.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and priorities, and help streamline the selection process.
Identify, read, and implement top 3 books on Talent Acquisition, integrating 3 best practices into our talent team, while also adopting
at least 2 strategies to attract passive talent swiftly, utilizing various tools and processes.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and workflow.

Ops Intern:

Have Proven Experience of showcasing Multitasking and Time Management abilities

Possess Effective and Sharp Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage multiple daily office requests at all levels in the team as well as reception of customers and visitors as needed
Support the distribution of both incoming and outgoing postal and email enquiries
Facilitate the travel, logistical and hotel requirements for both internal and external travelers of the office
Local travel if and when required for on-ground operations
Support administrative and scheduling duties for country-wide training functions
Manage or participate in the management of the vendor relationships for the majority of suppliers of theoffice
Maintain the monthly and periodic reporting of the travel function in support of worldwide guidelines formanagement review
Participate in meetings and projects for travel, logistical transfers, etc. as needed
Support the Finance, Customer Service and Operations Team from time to time in varied tasks as needed
Identify and select the best vendors on understanding the requirement of the team across departments
Manage and coordinate the inventory and ordering of office supplies, and training supplies as needed
Work with Legal, Finance and HR teams for the operational functionalities
Liaise with multiple teams for ensuring and enforcing organizational level decisions

Internship Duration: 3 months

CTC:

Billings and Receivable Intern: INR 5 – 7 Lakhs
TA Intern: INR 5 – 7 Lakhs
Ops Intern: INR 5 – 7 Lakhs

Stipend:

Billings and Receivable Intern: Rs. 20 -25k After successful completion of the Internship based on the performance, the candidate will be offered FTE (full-time employment)
TA Intern: Rs. 20 – 25k After successful completion of the Internship based on the performance, the candidate will be offered FTE (full-time employment)
