Educational Qualification:
Medical Laboratory Technician Gr 2 :
- 10+2 in Science.B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology/B.Sc. Medical Technology Laboratory/B.Sc. Medical Technology (Laboratory)/B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Sciences/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (Lateral) from a recognized University or an Institution affiliated to a recognized University.
Investigator :
- Should have passed Master‟s Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics/Commerce from a recognized University
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Matriculation and Diploma (Civil Engg.)
Laboratory Technician :
- 10+2 with Science or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University. Should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an Institution duly recognized by the HP/Central Government. OR B.Sc. Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University or from an Institution duly recognized by the HP Government/Central Government.
Field Investigator :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts with Economics/Statistics/Mathematics as one of the elective subject or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized University.
Junior Scale Stenographer :
- 12th passed from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) :
- B.Com. from a recognized University.
Staff Nurse:
- 10+2 preferably with Science from a recognized Board of School Education. Qualified „A‟ Grade Nurse (Diploma in GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/Institution.
Sanitary Inspector :
- Graduation with Diploma in Sanitation from recognized Institute.
Junior Office Assistant (IT) :
- 12th class passed from a recognized Board of School Education/University. OR Matriculation from recognized Board of School Education with one/two year‟s Diploma/Certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI)) in Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Assistant Mining Inspector :
- 12th passed examination with Science from the Board of School Education or any other Institution recognized by the State Government.
Junior Draughtsman (Electrical) :
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Assistantship/Architecture by whatever name called from a recognized Board/Institution/University established by law by the State/Central Govt. OR Course in the trade of Draughtsman ship/Diploma in Draughtsman ship by whatever name called from a Polytechnic Institute/ITI.
Accountant :
- Having minimum qualification of B.Com/C.A. inter or MBA (Finance).
Junior Accountant:
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/Institution. Should have basic knowledge of Computer operation with at least one year Computer Training Certificate from a recognized/reputed institution.
Mining Inspector:
- B.Sc. Degree in Science with Geology from a recognized University
Pharmacist (Allopathy):
- 10 plus 2 in Science from a recognized Board of School Education. Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Central/State Government. Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the concerned State/Central Government.
Boiler Operator:
- Minimum Matriculate with second class Boiler Attendant certificate of competency awarded by the competent authority anywhere in India. Minimum 3 years experience in operating the Furnace Oil/Fired wood Boiler, in a industry/factory.
Medical Social Worker:
- Post Graduate in Social Science or Sociology from a University recognized by the Central or HP Government.
Age Limit : 18 to 45 years.

- At least two years experience of working in a newspaper/advertisement agency as graphic designer.
For Artist:
- Matric or its equivalent from a recognized University or Board. Must possess 03 years experience of acting in Drama, Music, Dance, Songs and playing on musical instrument under Govt./Semi Govt./Registered Cultural Organizations.
For Mountaineering Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Certificate course in Basic, Advance and Method of Instruction courses in mountaineering from recognized Institution of Mountaineering.
For Trekking Guide:

For Assistant Chemist:
- B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subject from a recognized Institution/University, established by law by the State/Central Govt.
For Store Keeper:
- Minimum qualification of Plus Two from the recognized Board/University.
For Havildar Instructor/ Quarter Master Havildar:
- Should have passed at least matric standard examination from a recognized Board of School
Education/Should possess Army Special certificate. - Should be Holding honorary Rank of Havildar or above in the Home Guards Organization and continuous service as such for the last 3 years./A Havildar who has served as such in the Army for at least three years.
For Copy Holder:
- Should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University. Two years practical experience in proof Reading from a Government/Semi Govt./Private Press having ISO certification.
For Laboratory Assistant (Biology & Serology):
- B.Sc. (Medical) Molecular Biology/Bio Technology from a recognized University.
For Electrician:
- ITI Certificate in the trade with four years experience in the line.
For Petrol Pump Attendant:
- 10+2 with ITI certificate in any trade.
For Store Keeper:
- B. Com with six months Computer course from a recognized institute.
For Superintendent Grade-II (Store):
- B. Com. from recognized University.
For Press Duftry:
- 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/Institution. Two years National Trade/Apprenticeship certificate course in the trade of binding from a recognized ITI or from an Institution duly recognized by Central/HP Government.
For Junior Engineer (Mechanical):
- Matric/Higher Secondary Part-I or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board.

For Junior Engineer (Civil):

- Typing skill test on computer of qualifying nature in minimum prescribed speed of 25 WPM in Hindi typewriting and 30 WPM in English typewriting for those who qualify objective type screening test. Skill tests will be of qualifying nature.
- Practical skill test of Graphic Design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral
Draw and Page Maker for those who qualify objective type of screening test.
