Educational Qualification:
Treasury Officers/Assistant Treasury Officers:
- Bachelorโs Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
- Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or Higher Education.
Age Limit ( As on 28 April 2023): Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years.
Age Relaxation:
- Scheduled Castes of Haryana: 5 years
- Backward Classes of Haryana: 5 years
- Disabled persons: 5 years
- Wife of military personnel: 5 years
- Widowed or legally divorced woman: 5 years
- Judicially separated woman: 5 years
- Unmarried woman: 5 years
- Ex-serviceman : Military service + 3 years
- Persons who have already worked or presently working on ad-hoc: Relaxation in age equal to the number of completed years only on the equivalent post.

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Written Examination/Viva Voce.
- The tentative schedule and exact date for the above-said examination will be notified later on the Commission website.
- The Examination will be held at the centers to be notified in due course.
Written Examination:
- The written examination has three papers.
- Paper โ I: Precies Writing, Noting, and Drafting both in English and Hindi.
- Paper โ II: General Knowledge including everyday science.
- Paper-III: Govt. Accounts: From Chapter I to 8 of the book titled โAn Introduction to Indian Government Accounts and Auditsโ issued by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
- The qualifying standard will be 33% marks in each subject & 40% marks in aggregate.
- The question papers will be set in bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English.
- Marks will not be allotted for mere superficial knowledge.
- Credit will be given for orderly, effective, and exact expression combined with due economy of words in all subjects of the examination.
- In Papers โ II and III, candidates shall be allowed to answer the question either in Hindi or in English, but not partly in Hindi and partly in English.

Interview / Viva-voce:
- Candidates who will qualify for the written paper shall be called for a viva-voce test.
- There is no provision for the revaluation of Answer Sheets.
- However, rechecking of scripts on a written request from the candidate can be allowed on payment of Rs. 100/- (in the shape of an Indian Postal Order per script within thirty days from the date of dispatch of marks-sheet or display of marks on the website of the Commission.

- For all Female candidates of General: Rs 250/-
- For all Male & Female candidates of SC / BC-A/BC-B I, ESM categories of Haryana only: Rs 250/-
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Rs 250/-
