Detailed Eligibility:
Educational qualification :
Manager (IT):
- The candidates must have completed First Class-. full time B.E (Computers) B.Tech (Computer Science) from Govt. recognized & reputed institutes.
- The candidates must have completed Two year experience in programming.
Assistant Manager:
- The candidates must have completed a second class degree from recognized university.
Recovery Supervisor (OA):
- The candidates must have completed 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from recognized University.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC and Cooperative -Societies, concession/grace of 5% marks shall be admissible.
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2021) :
- The candidates applying for the post of Manager, Assistant Manager and Recovery Supervisor should be above 18 years and below 45 years of age.
- The candidates born between 02-01-1976 and 1-01-2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
Total Vacancies : 16 posts
- Manager (IT): 1 post (General Category)
- Assistant Manager: 7 posts (General : UR – 3 posts, PH – 1 post; SC : 1 post; ST : 1 post; EWS : 1 post)

Salary :
- The Approximate gross emoluments at the time of initial joining for the above mentioned posts is as follows:
- Rs. 48,360/ month for Manager (IT)
- Rs. 22,540/ month for Assistant Manager
- Rs. 19,920/ month for Recovery Supervisor (OA)
Selection Process for HPARDB Recruitment 2022:
- The selection for the above mentioned posts will be based on a written test and viva/evaluation.
- The successful candidates will be called for an interview/evaluation.
