HMT Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Professionals in various disciplines. There are totally 09 Posts available in above mentioned posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MHRM/PGDM/CA/CMA/ICWA/LLB are eligible to apply for the jobs. The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job. HMT Machine Tools Ltd is the state-owned company under the ministry of heavy industries in India. The company owned the two limited they are HMT International Limited and HMT Machine Tools Limited. The function of the HMT Machine Tools Limited is the largest supplier of the wrist-watches in India and this company is a main source of Technology for Excellence in the field of metal cuttings and metal forming, to provide the high quality for the entire manufacturing Industry.

Detailed Eligibility :

Educational Qualification :

Project Deputy Engineer – Mechanical :

• Graduates in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE approved college/Recognized University.
• Should possess minimum 02 years experience in relevant areas.
• Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.
• Teaching experience and Apprenticeship will not be considered.

Project Deputy Engineer- Electrical :

• Graduates in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (EE/EEE/ECE) from AICTE approved college / University.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas in Industrial products / machine tools / engineering industry.
• Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.
• Teaching experience and Apprenticeship will not be considered.

Project Officer –HR :

• MBA /MHRM/ PGDM (Full time) of minimum 2 years duration with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Labour Management/Labour Administration/Labour Studie from AICTE/UGC recognized University.
• Additional degree in Law will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in all the facets of Human Resource, Management, Industrial Relation, Labour Laws and legal matters.
• Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.

Project Officer –Finance :

• MBA/CA /CMA/ ICWA.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in Finalization of Accounts / Audit / Taxation / Costing & Budgeting, etc.
• Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT MachineTools Ltd. will be given preference.
• Teaching experience will not be considered.

Project Officer – Legal :

• L.L.B. (Full time) from recognized University/Institute.
• Experience in Company Legal matters like service matters, techno-commercial matters etc. is compulsory.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in all the facets of Labour Laws and legal matters.
• Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.

Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ) : 32 years

Selection Process of HMT Recruitment 2023 :

• The selection process includes Interview.
• Shortlisted Candidates appearing for interview have to produce all the original documents at the time of document verification.
• Selection will be made strictly on the basis of qualifying marks, post qualification experience & performance in the interview, in the order of merit.
• The list of short listed candidates is valid for six months only from the date of interview.
• The appointment / offer letter for placement of candidates will be issued as and when the vacancy arises.

Application Fees : 

• A non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs.750/- for General, EWS & OBC (which includes Rs. 500/- as Application Fee and Rs. 250/- as Processing fee).
• For SC/ST category, a non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs.250/-only as the processing fee is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application.
• No fee to be paid by Persons with Disability (PwD).
