HMT Recruitment 2022 – HMT Machine Tools Ltd invites job application form from the eligible candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager/Asst General Manager/Manager/Officer/Deputy Engineer. There are a total of 06 vacancies to be filled for these posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/LLB/PG/MBA with required work experience are eligible to apply for this job. Deputy General Manager/Asst General Manager:

  • Full-time LAW Graduate (LLB.) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters /years of Graduation) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Should have minimum 17 years/ 14 years of experience in the relevant field. OR
  • 4-years full time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical discipline from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Engineering) relaxed to 50% for SC/ ST Candidates. Candidates with additional qualification of 2-years Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing is desirable. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Should have minimum 17 years/ 14 years of experience in the relevant field.

Asst General Manager/Manager:

  • 4-years full time regular Engineering Degree in Civil discipline from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Engineering) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Should have minimum 14 years/ 11 years of experience in the relevant field.

Officer:

  • Full-time LAW Graduate (LLB.) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Graduation) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field. OR
  • 2 years full-time Post graduate Degree/Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from recognized University/ College/ Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters/ years of Degree course) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST candidates. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

Deputy Engineer:

  • 4-years full time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical discipline from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Engineering) relaxed to 50% for SC/ ST Candidates. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

HMT Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
  • Mere conformity to the job requirements/ qualification will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason, raise the Standard of Specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview.
  • The suitability for the posts, shortlisted candidate applied for, will be made through Personal Interview/Video Conference (VC). Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit, experience & performance in the interview.
