Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Quality Engineer (Trained QA Fresher)
Qualification Criteria:
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, M.E/M.Tech
- Graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024 (Not 2025)
- Male candidates.
- Candidates should be from Noida/Delhi only
- We are looking for trained freshers in manual testing only
- Experience – Fresher to 6 Months
Salary:
- First 6 months: On-the-job training with a stipend.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): Should be okay with a 2-year bond
Number of Rounds: 3 technical (2 Virtual and 1 Face-to-Face)
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
- Execute test cases and record test results, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and drive quality improvements.
- Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure software stability and compliance.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software quality assurance.
- Basic coding skills in any preferred language like Java, C++, or Python are preferred.
