Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing postgraduate studies in Data Science, statistics, or Computer Science-related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in the monetisation of financial products, particularly in Equity and F&O markets.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.
- Eager to learn about customer segmentation, campaign strategies, and data-driven decision-making in the financial sector.
- Python, SQL, Microsoft Power BI tool, REST API, SFTP, Web scrapping, Descriptive Statistics, Basic Machine Learning Models, Analytics, strong logic building.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., funnel optimization, CAC, LTV) and customer behavior analytics, particularly for financial products.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and present data insights in a structured, visually compelling manner.
- Knowledge of the stock market or an interest in investing/trading is a plus.

- Conduct in-depth customer segmentation studies to identify distinct groups interested in Equity, F&O, and TPP products.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics related to Equity, F&O, and TPP offerings, providing insights on customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry players to uncover opportunities for growth in the Equity and F&O sectors.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform strategies for product enhancements and new offerings.
