Detailed Eligibility:
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation Completed Candidates can enroll for this special Program.
- Age of the Candidates should be between 21-30 years.
- It is mandatory to complete the Degree to enroll in this Program.
- You should be staying at the interview location for more than 2 years.
Course Details:
Candidates who selected for DFC Life Smart Achievers Program will undergo 4 months classroom training program, 2 months on the job training and 6 months internship. After successful completion of program candidate will join as Executive Sales Trainee at HDFC Life Office.
Stipend during HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program:
- Incumbents will receive a monthly stipend of INR 16,000/- during the six months internship phase with HDFC Life along with performance-based incentives.
- Also, a monthly allowance of INR 2,500/- will be given to the incumbents during the 4 months of their residential classroom training at Manipal, Bengaluru campus.

Course Fee:
- Fees INR 1,54,407 + applicable Tax (18% GST), Total fees is INR 1,82,200. (This fees includes the accommodation and food expenses during the 4 months residential classroom training program).
- Candidates can pay fee at 3 instalment(INR 94,600, 43,800 and 43,800/).
- Education loan facility available to fund for the entire course fee.
