HBCSE Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Project Assistants/Trainees/Others in various disciplines. There are 08 vacancies available for the above-mentioned posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.Sc./B.A./B.F.A./B.Des./Ph.D./Diploma/B.Sc/ITI is eligible to apply for the job. Interested and eligible candidates can attend Interview. About HBCSE: The genesis of the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) can be traced to the late 1960s when some scientists at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) got interested in the problem of improving the quality of science education in the country. These scientists, on a voluntary basis, undertook programs in the schools of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and in rural Madhya Pradesh. As the activities grew, a strong need was felt for institutional support, to systematically carry out field projects, do relevant basic research in science education, and bring out good educational materials.

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Project Scientific Officer- E:
- Ph.D. in Science, Mathematics, Science/ Mathematics Education, or a related field from a recognized University/Institute.
- Seven years of experience in the field of educational material development, teaching, education research, social or developmental projects, post-Ph.D.
Project Scientific Assistant- B (Design):
- Full-Time B.Sc./B.A./B.F.A./B.Des. in Graphic Design/ Multimedia/ Animation/ Visual Graphics/ Fine Arts or related field from a recognized university/institute with an aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- 1 year of experience as a designer/artist with educational organizations/ Science Research Institutions.
Project Assistant:
Accounts Section:
- Full-time Graduate with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA of any recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1- year experience in clerical work in Accounts in large and reputed organizations.
- Should be familiar with the use of computers and accounting software.
Purchase & Stores Section:
- Full-time Graduate with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA of any recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 1- year experience in clerical duties and correspondence in large and reputed organizations.
- Should be familiar with the use of computers.
Technical Trainee (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized University/ Institute.
Library Trainee: Graduate from a recognized University/Institute (Science Preferable) and B.Lib. (Bachelor degree in Library & Information Science) from a recognized University/Institute.
Tradesman Trainee (Electrical): ITI i.e. National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Electrician Trade with minimum 60% marks awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT).
