Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Engineer:
Candidates applying for this role should hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. Freshers and those with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible. Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is expected. Familiarity with front-end development, cloud services, and agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification with 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic programming skills in one or more: .Net Core, C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: Angular (v9), HTML5, CSS/SASS, Web Components, Atomic Design
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS — Lambda, S3, Cognito, Step Functions, SQS, IAM, CloudWatch, ElastiCache
- Understanding of testing methodologies: TDD, unit testing, API testing, end-to-end and load testing (Protractor, Jasmine, Newman Postman, artillery.io)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Gerrit, NPM, Yarn, NodeJS
- Knowledge of database systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic Search, NoSQL, PySpark, Kafka
- Awareness of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications and supporting infrastructure following established coding standards and methodologies
- Write and maintain automated tests at unit, API, end-to-end, and load testing levels
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code for on-demand and automated application deployments
- Develop intuitive front-end interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and styling approaches
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and business analysts to design and implement solutions
- Perform code reviews and document software changes for engineers, QA, and documentation teams
- Troubleshoot and debug existing software to identify and resolve root causes of defective behaviour
- Work within an Agile Scrum team and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with database engineers to interpret and implement data models
- Assist product owners with backlog grooming, story breakdown, and story estimation
- Build technical skills through structured assignments, training, and hands-on project work
