Educational Qualification:

For Deputy General Manager:

  • Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics
  • One year of diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI)
  • Experience: The candidate should have 13 years post qualification experience

For Assistant Manager (Electrical/Mechanical):

  • Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in Electrical/Mechanical branch
  • One year of diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI)
  • Experience: The candidate should have 1-year post qualification experience

For Junior Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical):

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 03 years full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Institute recognized by AICTE
  • One year full-time Advance diploma in industrial safety awarded by the Board of technical education of any state government
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a heavy Engineering Manufacturing industry

For Technical Assistant:

  • Candidates should complete three years full-time Diploma Course in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Electrical projects/maintenance

For Safety Steward (Electrical/Mechanical):

  • Candidates should possess ITI in Electrical/Fitter/Welder/Machinist
  • One-year diploma in Industrial safety/ fire & safety/ Safety management from a recognised institute
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in the safety department of an Engineering manufacturing company

For Electrical Mechanic:

  • Candidates should possess SSC with ITI in Electrical trade
