Educational Qualification:
Police Constable (Armed Police):
- Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification.
Pharmacist (Armed Police):
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University. Should be registered with the State Council of Pharmacy. Two years experience in case of Degree holders and three years experience in case of Diploma holder, in a reputed Pharmacy. Knowledge of Konkani.
Stenographer :
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Should be Computer Literate. Speed of 100 words per minute in Short Hand and 35 words per minute in Typewriting. Knowledge of Konkani.
Lower Divisional Clerk :
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Should be Computer Literate. Speed of 100 words per minute in Short Hand and 35 words per minute in Typewriting. Knowledge of Konkani.
Barbar :
- Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in the relevant trade. Practical experience in any licensed saloon. Knowledge of Konkani.
Dhobi:
- Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in the relevant trade. Knowledge of Konkani.
Nursing Assistant (Armed Police):
- Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in the relevant trade. Knowledge of Konkani.
Mess Servant :
- Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in the relevant trade. Knowledge of Konkani.
Sweeper :
- Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in the relevant trade. Knowledge of Konkani.

Goa Police Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:
- The candidates who qualify in the physical measurements and physical efficiency test for the post of Police Constable and Nursing Assistant will be subjected to the written examination. The exam pattern for the written exam will be as follows. The test will be secondary school certificate level of examination.
- The Written Examination shall be of 100 marks and 02 hours duration on the below mentioned subject:
- General Knowledge – 25 Marks, General English – 25 Marks, Mathematics – 25 Marks, Logical Reasoning – 25 Marks and Total – 100 Marks
