GMDC Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Assistant Engineer/Management Executive/Others in various disciplines. There are 10 vacancies available for the post. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.Sc/MBBS/Diploma are eligible to apply for the job. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Engineer (Mechanical):

  • Candidate should have the qualification of BE / B.Tech.- Mechanical.
  • Candidate should have 0-2 years of Experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • Safety Audit of Mines for mechanical installations.
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).

Management Executive (MBA-Marketing):

  • Candidate Should have the qualification of MBA(Marketing).
  • The Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and ability and aptitude.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • For strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • To Compile & analyze the data/ information of all cells/contracts/ operations.
  • Should have Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Work experience will be added advantage

Assistant Engineer (Electrical):

  • Candidate should have the qualification of BE / B.Tech.- Electrical.
  • Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • Inspection/ examination of various electrical installations, new requirements for projects, etc.
  • Safety Audit of Mines for Electrical Installation.
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).

Mining Engineer:

  • Candidate should have the qualification of BE / B.Tech โ€“ Mining with FCC/SCC.
  • Candidate should have 1 โ€“2 years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • Experience to obtain SCC (Coal/Mine).
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).

Geologist:

  • Candidate should have the qualification of M.Sc. (Geology).
  • Candidate should have 3 to 5 โ€“years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • Mine planning software.
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).

Management Executive (MBA-Finance):

  • Candidate Should have the qualification of MBA(Finance).
  • The Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and ability and aptitude.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • For strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.

  • Experience to obtain SCC (Coal/Mine).
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word)

Medical Officer:

  • Candidate should have the qualification of MBBS, Trained in occupational health.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Surveyor:

  • Candidate Should have the qualification of Diploma in Mining / Mine Surveying having a Surveyorโ€™s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.
  • Candidate should have 3 to 5 โ€“years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels and on-ground stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for identification and root cause analyses of recurring issues.
  • Having Surveyors Certificate under CMR 2017/MMR 1961, have around three years of experience working with CAD / Mine Planning software.
  • Helping the projects for implementation of statutory provisions.
  • Proficiency in operating SCADA and with MS Office tools (particularly with MS Excel and MS Word).

Selection Process of GMDC Recruitment 2023:

  • The selection process includes Interview.
  • A Selection Committee will scrutinize the applications and shortlist the candidates based on merits.
  • The short-listed candidates will be called for Interview (TA will be given as applicable toGMDCโ€™semployees) or be interviewed through Video conferencing as decided by GMDC Ltd.
  • The decision of the competent authority on the selection of candidates will be final and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.
