Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Scale-I):

Stream/Discipline

Hindi:

  • Post Graduation in Hindi with English as one of the subjects in Graduation OR
  • Postgraduate in English with Hindi as one of the subjects in Graduation with minimum 60% marks in Degree examination for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates
  • Desirable:ย Certification in Translation work or work experience in translation

General:

  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates.
  • Desirable:ย Post Graduation/MBA

Statistics:

  • Minimum qualifying marks in the Online test โ€“ 60% for General & OBC and 50% for SC /ST.
  • Minimum qualifying marks for overall selection process (Online test, GD and Interview) โ€“ 60% for General & OBC and 50% for SC /ST.
  • Candidate has to secure the minimum qualifying marks stated above in each stage of the selection
    process i.e. Online test, GD and Interview separately
  • There will be penalty for wrong answers marked (in objective tests) by the candidates. For each wrong answer ยผ of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted from those obtained.

  • The minimum qualifying marks would be applicable on the total score of online examination
  • The Descriptive English Test will be conducted only through online mode

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and interview on the basis of overall marks scored in objective and descriptive section taken together against full marks of 150

  • Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online examination will subsequently be called for group discussion and Interview to be conducted by the Corporation.
  • The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter.
  • The list of Candidates selected for GD & Interview will be displayed on Corporationโ€™s website.
